In our office, we offer high quality care. In order to make this financially feasible for our patients, we can provide personalized payment options to fit every budget. Below is a list of insurance and payment plan options that we utilize. If you don’t see your preferred method of payment on our list, please call our office at (970) 669-3967 to find out what other options may be available to you.
DENTAL INSURANCE
We are in-network with the following dental insurance benefit plans:

Cigna Dental
Careington Dental Network
If your dental insurance benefits plan is not listed above, we will gladly work with you and your insurance company to determine your financial obligations. Although Rocky Mountain Dental Arts may not be in contractual agreement with your insurance company, we do want to help you receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled.
We accept all dental insurance benefit plans but do NOT accept Medicaid.
Please bring your insurance information and card with you to your appointment.

We accept cash, credit card and check as method of payment. CareCredit coming soon!

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Payment of your insurance deductible and the percentage of treatment not covered by your insurance plan will be expected at the time of service. Dental insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance company; not between the dentist and the insurance company. Please promptly inform us of any changes to your insurance plan.
